Douglas L. McDermott began his career in insurance and financial services in 1979, building an impressive portfolio as an independent agent and later as the founder of The Annuity Store. Throughout his 40-plus-year career, Doug has been recognized for his contributions to the industry, earning multiple professional designations and being featured in several Who's Who publications. He developed the "Annuity 101" training system, which emphasizes mastering the fundamentals of annuities and applying them consistently in practice. After selling The Annuity Store, Doug continued to impact the industry through his work with various organizations, including his foundation, "The Gift of Gratitude," which supports active-duty service members and veterans.
Ryan has over 30 years of experience in various executive roles, including vice president, general manager, and financial consultant. He holds a Series 65 securities license and specializes as a financial advisor, primarily assisting those approaching retirement. Ryan has earned multiple awards for his achievements, including setting sales records and developing a successful annuity sales program that significantly boosted production. Throughout his career, he has trained thousands of individuals, helping Medicare and life agents enhance their skills and increase their income.
Kylee grew up on a farm in Othello, Eastern Washington, where sports helped her develop strong leadership skills. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing from Boise State University, she spent five years in Project Management with A&K Construction in the Tri-Cities. She then moved to Coeur d'Alene, ID, where she quickly advanced in the insurance industry, managing a team specializing in Medicare and financial services. Kylee eventually co-founded her own company with partners Ryan Anderson and Angelique Madson.
